Satisfaction Guarantee

We want to make sure you are satisfied with your order, if you have any concerns with your purchase or wish to return an item(s), please contact us at: 1-763-404-8700 or by email at info@naturbag.com within 14 days of your delivery for an exchange or merchandise refund.*

Order Confirmation

Orders are shipped on business days only.  Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.

Orders with Overnight or 2nd Day Service will be shipped the same day if placed by 10:00 AM CST.  All other purchases will ship in 1-2 business days after the order has been placed.

Notification will be sent via email once it has been shipped, along with the tracking information, you will be able to track your shipment's status at www.ups.com.

For UPS Ground delivery, you can receive estimated delivery time by visiting UPS Time-In-Transit map.  the shipped from zip code is 55014 for St. Paul, Minnesota.

Sales Tax

State sales tax and the applicable county tax is charge on all orders shipped to Minnesota and Ohio.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped via UPS, please note UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box, please provide your full address for delivery.

We're sorry, we are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S.  We apologize for any in convenience.

Returns & Refunds

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery and may not be returned if they have been used. A 15% restocking fee will apply to non-defective item returns.

Please email us at info@naturbag.com or call 1-763-404-8700 for a Return Authorization Number.

Please place a copy of the original sales ticket inside the original box with the item(s) to be returned, package the item(s) and address to:

For your protections and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post.  We're sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable.  In the case of damaged items, please refer to Damaged Items.

You will be emailed confirmation that your returned package has arrived.  Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival and if needed, a replacement order will be sent.

We will issue the full credit due according to the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card/bank statement.  Shipping & Handling chargs are non-refundable.

We are unable to accept COD packages.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment.  It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-763-404-8700.

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service.  To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials, and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
